We handpick and inspect every single products carefully. Don’t worry if you are not satisfy with the items received (CUSTOMISED ITEMS NOT INCLUDED), our refund and exchange policy last for 14 days from the date you received the product. Just submit a tickets to contact us, it is easy for you to exchange or refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost. When approved, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the original amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition & original packaging in which you received it. The warranty label must be intact.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due health and hygiene resaons:

  • Earrings
  • Jewellery set that contain earring
  • Customised products

Note: All Sales Items are exchange or credit note except it is our error.

Easy Exchanges:

Love it but need a different size, colour, or pattern? We’re happy to exchange as long as that item’s still in stock. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You need to pay the return shipping fee OR we will pay the return shipping if the exchange is our error. Please consider tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee returns.

Cannot decide what you will like to exchange for, we can issue you a credit note that would last 1 year. Please note, Credit Note automatically increase by 5% of your total purchase. We stock and upload new products every week, so your choice will be limitless.

Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfilment Centre within 14 days of your original order delivered date. Once we receive you item, our quality control personnel will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We would immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Packaging Requirements:

Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package. Any earring sealed bag must not be opened. Warranty label MUST be intact.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

Step 1:

If you’re not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first and submit ticket for further help.

Step 2:

If you want to Exchange, it’s easy! Just inform us of the right SKU & SIZE which you want to exchange for. If you return for refund, our Account Department will arrange a refund for you after we received the returned items in original packaging.

Step 3:

Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out.)

Step 4:

Send it off, you would need to pay for the shipping back to us.

REFUNDS:

If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will received it with 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfilment Centre.
